Food Gallery is a woman-owned boutique catering company based in Minneapolis and serving the Twin Cities metro area since 2014. Our team has an appetite for creativity—and a knack for throwing a damn good party.

Sarah Enrico

Food Gallery started with a favor for a friend—one work event Sarah catered out of her parents’ kitchen quickly evolved into a full-time business. A decade later, her team has grown to become one of the Twin Cities’ most trusted catering partners.

Raised in a culinary family, Sarah spent her early years working in kitchens, restaurants, and coffee shops before launching a corporate career in business development. But her passion for food, community, and creative expression eventually pulled her back to where she felt most at home: gathering people around the table. Food Gallery was built on her belief that food is both art and invitation—a way to tell a story, spark connection, and savor time spent together.

Today, she finds inspiration in her talented team and partners and the joy of helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments.

Nicole Pederson-Bates

With over two decades of experience in celebrated kitchens from France to New York and Chicago, Chef Nicole Pederson-Bates honed her craft at Gramercy Tavern, Lula Café, and C-House under Marcus Samuelsson. At Food Gallery, she leads the culinary vision and team culture, creating menus that are seasonal, sustainable, and—above all—wildly delicious.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Karin leads with strategy, collaboration, and care. She oversees Food Gallery’s sales team and partnership efforts, cultivating strong relationships with venues, planners, and clients who share our passion for artful, memorable celebrations.
